Loyna Privacy Policy

Loyna is designed as an on-device image toolkit. Photo compression, editing, format conversion, and EXIF cleaning are performed locally on your iPhone. This Policy explains what limited information may be handled when you use Loyna and how we protect it.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Loyna mobile application (“Loyna”, “we”, “us”). Loyna helps you compress photos, edit images, convert formats, remove EXIF metadata, review processing history, attach short voice notes, and purchase consumable coin packs for tool features.

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you use Loyna, the following categories may be involved:

Media you choose to process: photos or images you select from your Photo Library or capture with the Camera for Compress, Edit, Convert, or EXIF Clean.
Processing outputs stored on device: compressed/edited/converted/cleaned image files, history entries, presets, and optional voice-note audio files you create inside Loyna.
Profile preferences: nickname, avatar image (if set), default compress quality, and similar local settings.
Coin balance and purchase records: local coin ledger related to in-app consumable purchases used to unlock tool actions.
Permission-related status: whether Photo Library, Camera, Microphone, and App Tracking Transparency access has been allowed or denied.
Device and diagnostics (limited): standard iOS device signals needed to run the app, process payments through Apple, or diagnose crashes if you share them with Apple or us.

3. How Loyna Uses Information

To compress, crop, filter, adjust, convert, or strip EXIF data from images you select.
To show History, weekly space-saved insights, and saved compress presets on your device.
To attach optional short voice notes to results when Microphone access is granted.
To manage your local coin balance after Apple In-App Purchases.
If you allow tracking, to support personalized recommendations and editing tips based on usage patterns, as described in the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
To operate Start-screen terms acceptance and basic app session state (Loyna does not require a traditional account registration form).

4. On-Device Processing First

Core creative and utility workflows in Loyna—image compression, editing, conversion, and EXIF cleaning—are intended to run offline on your device. Selected media and generated results are stored in Loyna’s local app sandbox (for example, processed-image and voice-note folders) unless you separately export, share, or save them to Photos or another app.

5. Permissions

Photo Library: import images for editing and compression, and optionally save results.
Camera: capture media for in-app processing when you choose camera capture.
Microphone: record short voice notes linked to processed results or history items.
Tracking (ATT): only if you approve; used for personalized recommendations and editing tips based on usage patterns.

You can change these permissions anytime in iOS Settings. Denying a permission may limit the related feature without blocking the rest of the app.

6. Purchases and Apple

Coin packs are consumable In-App Purchases processed by Apple. Payment details are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy practices. Loyna receives purchase confirmation needed to credit coins locally. We do not receive your full payment card number.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Limited sharing may occur only when:

You export, share, or save media using iOS share sheets or Photos.
Apple processes In-App Purchases or system services you invoke.
Required by law, legal process, or to protect safety and integrity.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Local history, presets, profile data, coins, and media files remain on your device until you clear them in Loyna (for example, Clear All Data), delete individual items, or uninstall the app. “Back to Start” returns you to the welcome flow while keeping local creative data; “Clear All Data” permanently erases local Loyna data on that device as described in the app.

9. Children

Loyna is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use Loyna if you are under the applicable age. If you believe a child provided data through Loyna, contact us so we can help address it.

10. International Users

Loyna is offered to users worldwide. Because processing is primarily on-device, your media generally remains on the device you use. Any information that travels through Apple services follows Apple’s regional handling rules.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for an on-device utility app, including storage inside the iOS app sandbox. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure; please keep your device locked and updated.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes (for example, new editing tools) or legal requirements. The Effective Date above will be revised when material updates are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
